Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States (yes you, Hawaii and Alaska!) as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories. Unfortunately, we have suspended international shipping for the remainder of 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our ready-to-ship curated gifts are artisan in nature and are proudly made to order! Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for production, plus transit time of 3-8 days for delivery.

Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: New Year Day, MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, ,Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year Eve.


For our custom and corporate gifting service, each project is carefully curated and assembled to your unique specifications. Your gift concierge will provide a project plan including production and shipping timelines.

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event that your gift arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we have the opportunity to make it right for you and yours.
